Nancy K. Peterson's legal experience has spanned 20 years, two states and thousands of clients. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Nebraska College of Law, she has represented clients charged with everything from Driving Under the Influence to Shoplifting to Assault to Murder. Ms. Peterson has appeared on the CBS news program "48 Hours", has argued cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar, the Georgia State Bar, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Federal Court.
Ms. Peterson is Immediate Past President of the
Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney's Association.
